Our growing Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a confident, hard-working and highly driven team member to join our winning team. As an Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent your primary responsibilities include:

• Selling insurance policies by generating and managing prospects/leads
• Helping clients with their insurance needs
• Starting Pay is $18 an hour
• High Income Potential (Licenses agents earn $22 to $50+ an hour)
• Offer opportunity for long term career advancement that includes commission and bonuses.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed or Excited to obtain Property & Casualty and Life/Health License
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Detailed oriented and strong communication skills
• Positive and Proactive Attitude
• Organized and computer-savvy
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving
• Be comfortable talking to prospective clients
• Have a strong desire to work hard and not afraid of rejection

• Discover potential clients by phone, text, email and/or social media or in person
• Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options
• Answer questions related to insurance policies
• Maintain appointment calendar and other marketing activities
• Utilize a customer focused, needs based review of client insurance options to educate clients
• Obtain underwriting approval by completing application of coverage
• Take entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships
