Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes.

Issue Resolution: Address client issues and concerns, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.

Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.

Policy Adjustments: Assist clients with policy modifications based on their evolving needs and circumstances.

Feedback Gathering: Solicit and compile client feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
