Farmers Insurance is excited to offer the Producer Mentorship Program, a unique opportunity for experienced insurance professionals to share their expertise, support, and guidance to new and aspiring producers. This program aims to foster the growth of future insurance leaders by providing mentorship, skill development, and insights into the complexity of the insurance industry. Mentors will work closely with mentees to enhance their sales skills, insurance knowledge, and business insight to help them succeed in their career path as independent producers.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Must possess or be willing to obtain the required state-specific insurance license(s) for selling insurance products
• While not always required, previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred
• Achievement of self-generated written premium targets as set by the program.
• Ability to listen effectively and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial

• Engage in prospecting and lead generation through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Develop and present tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their evolving insurance needs.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced agency owners.
• Assist in day-to-day agency operations, gaining insights into marketing, client service, and administrative tasks.
