We are looking for a high level sales producer to cross sale life and financial services to our over 60,000 policy holders.
Salary Range: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Requirements
- Must possess or be willing to obtain the required state-specific insurance license(s) for selling insurance products
- While not always required, previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred
- Ability to listen effectively and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial

- Identify and pursue prospective clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct personalized consultations to explain life insurance and financial products.
- Perform detailed assessments of clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
- Design tailored insurance plans that align with clients' unique circumstances.
- Provide ongoing policy reviews and updates based on life changes or market shifts.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with industry and company regulations.
- Lead or participate in training workshops, team meetings, and professional development initiatives.
