We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Producer, who will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting client needs, and working closely with other team members to deliver high-quality insurance solutions across various types of coverage, such as auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. Our training will help you build from any stage in your career. We will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect’s best interest first in order to properly protect them while improving their coverage. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Must possess or be willing to obtain the required state-specific insurance license(s) for selling insurance products
• While not always required, previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred
• Ability to listen effectively and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
