As a Life and Financial Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, providing essential financial planning services and life insurance solutions. Earn a monthly base, plus unlimited commission opportunity without having to cold call for new business. We are looking for a high level sales producer to cross sale life and financial services to our over 60,000 policy holders.

Licensing: Must hold a valid Life and Health Insurance License in California or be able to obtain one. Sales Experience: Previous experience in life insurance or financial services sales is preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to connect with clients effectively. Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets and helping clients secure their financial future. Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ontario, California area and its demographics. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and ethical behavior in all client interactions. Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using sales and CRM software to manage client information and track progress.

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial and insurance needs, offering tailored advice and solutions.

Policy Analysis: Assess client requirements and recommend insurance and financial products that align with their goals and objectives.

Premium Collection: Assist clients with premium payments, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow-ups.

Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Contract existing Farmers clients to offer a life and financial service review.
