Farmers Insurance is excited to offer the Producer Mentorship Program, a unique opportunity for experienced insurance professionals to share their expertise, support, and guidance to new and aspiring producers. This program aims to foster the growth of future insurance leaders by providing mentorship, skill development, and insights into the complexity of the insurance industry. Mentors will work closely with mentees to enhance their sales skills, insurance knowledge, and business insight to help them succeed in their career path as independent producers.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Provide one-on-one coaching, advice, and feedback to mentees on sales strategies, client relationship management, and business development
• Share in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including policy types, claims processes, underwriting, and industry trends
• Help mentees build professional networks by introducing them to key stakeholders within the industry, including agents, underwriters, and Farmers Insurance leadership
• Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to stay current on the latest insurance trends and methodologies
