We are currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through timely communication, providing administrative support, and overseeing policy management.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license is a bonus
  • Must obtain P&C license within one year (licensing assistance available)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
  • Follow up on claims to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
  • Issue certificates of insurance accurately and promptly
  • Support renewal processes through documentation and preparation
  • Assist in quoting and policy changes as needed
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and carriers
  • Maintaining and updating client & policy database management system
