90-Day Bonus

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a background check
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (you will drive to different client homes)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable around pets (no pet allergies)
• Ability to lift, bend, and climb stairs
• Team player with an upbeat, positive attitude
• Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as a team
• Cleaning experience preferred but not required well train the right person!

As a Residential Cleaner with Organically Maid, you will help create healthier, happier homes for our clients naturally! Your day-to-day will include:

• Cleaning residential homes using our all-natural, eco-friendly products
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas
• Maintaining attention to detail and ensuring every home meets Organically Maid standards
• Following assigned schedules and communicating with the office team about job updates
• Providing excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Working independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly
• Caring for clients homes and belongings as if they were your own
• Reporting supply needs, maintenance issues, or schedule conflicts promptly
