Licensing: Must hold a valid Life and Health insurance license.
Experience: Previous experience in employee benefits brokerage or a related field is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex insurance concepts to clients.
Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and exceed client needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and consensus both internally and externally.
Tech Proficiency: Competence with CRM software and basic office suite tools essential.
Consulting with Clients: Provide dedicated advice to company clients on the selection and implementation of employee benefits plans that align with their needs and objectives.
Relationship Management: Foster robust client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Stay informed about current benefit trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Plan Design and Implementation: Customize benefit plans to fit each client’s unique requirements and coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure smooth policy initiation and management.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review the benefit plans offered and recommend enhancements to better meet the evolving needs of clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to identify growth opportunities and provide an integrated service experience.
Education and Training: Educate clients and their employees on the details of benefit packages and provide ongoing support.
