Job Overview

We are looking for talented customer service representatives to join our Modesto team! Omega Contact Solutions is a growing U.S.-based call center that conducts marketing campaigns for a variety of different insurance agencies and businesses. We are looking for an individual who is customer service-oriented and is ready to promote business growth for our customers through cold calling businesses and setting appointments. 

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Ability to multitask.
  • A pleasant and professional speaking voice when engaging with prospects.
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Email
  • Typing Speed 45 WPM


  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • Appointment Setting: 1 year (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Speaking with a list of potential clients who may be interested in our client’s services, then scheduling a time with for our insurance agents to have a one-on-one meeting in person or over the phone.
  • Field basic questions and concerns about our company and our services
  • Enter prospective client data into our CRM software.
  • Submit complete and correct appointment information to the Marketing Director to schedule upcoming appointments with Insurance Agents
