Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid Minnesota Property & Casualty License

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role preferred

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and virtual communication tools

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and meet client needs

Time Management: Efficient in managing time and handling multiple client accounts

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with clients and potential customers to assess their personal insurance needs and provide them with tailored solutions.

Policy Advising: Guide clients through the details of personal lines insurance options, offering clear and comprehensible information.

Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by addressing questions and resolving any issues promptly, maintaining client satisfaction.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and business growth.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the personal lines insurance domain.

Industry Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge on insurance products and industry trends to offer the most current advice.
