Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is highly recommended.

Experience: Experience in insurance sales or related fields is advantageous.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Customer Focus: A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs is essential.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.

Collaborative Spirit: Strong team collaboration skills with a friendly and inviting demeanor.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital communication platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with clients to fully understand their insurance requirements and provide bespoke solutions.

Policy Development: Create and customize comprehensive insurance plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction and coverage adequacy.

Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new prospective clients, contributing to the growth and expansion of our client base.

Cross-Selling: Advocate additional products and services to existing clients to enhance their insurance portfolios.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and potential impacts on client policies, and communicate these insights effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
