As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you’ll play a vital role in supporting policyholders, resolving issues, processing changes, and ensuring our clients feel heard and taken care of. You don’t need insurance experience to apply — just a can-do attitude and strong people skills.

We’re now hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Portuguese or Spanish) who can deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting our internal team. If you’re detail-oriented, people-focused, and enjoy helping others, we’d love to meet you.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

What We're Looking For


  • Customer Service or Admin Experience: Prior experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role is highly preferred. Insurance background is a plus, but not required.


  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese AND English is required to best serve our client base.


  • Dependability & Integrity: You’re reliable, organized, and operate with a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness. You will work out of our agency in Lewisville, Texas. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.


  • Communication Skills: Strong phone etiquette, written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.


  • Tech Comfort: You’re comfortable working with multiple systems, CRMs, and email — and can adapt quickly to new platforms.

What kind of training will I receive?

Answer: You'll receive paid onboarding and hands-on training tailored to customer service responsibilities. We also provide support to help you obtain your insurance license if needed.


Is prior insurance experience required?

Answer: No! If you bring a great attitude and solid service skills, we’ll train you on the rest.


Will I need to sell insurance in this role?

Answer: No cold calling or sales quotas in this role. While there may be cross-service opportunities to transfer to the sales team, your main focus is on supporting existing clients.

Responsibilities

The Role – Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our existing clients — ensuring their questions are answered, their policies are serviced accurately, and they feel genuinely cared for. This is a client-facing role that emphasizes empathy, organization, and communication over high-pressure sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Support & Service: Answer phone calls and emails, assist with billing questions, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and claims follow-up with professionalism and care.


  • Account Management: Review client accounts for accuracy and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, cross-service, or renewal touchpoints.


  • Process Efficiency: Maintain detailed records in the agency system (e.g., customer interactions, documentation, and updates).


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and agency leadership to ensure smooth transitions between service and sales-related tasks.


  • Bilingual Communication: Use your fluency in Portuguese or Spanish and English to better serve our diverse client base and build trust within the community.


  • Retention & Renewals: Assist in sending renewal notices, following up on pending documentation, and keeping policyholders informed and supported throughout their policy lifecycle.
