Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years as an administrative assistant or a related role is preferred.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities


Document Preparation: Draft, format, and distribute memos, emails, and other professional correspondence as required.

Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring efficient operation of the office.

Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
