Base Salary: $36,000.00 + COMMISSION 

Hours: M-TH – 9 am – 5:30 pm (pick 2 late nights until 7), Friday 9am-5pm

Commissions for Issued Production:

Between $16,001 and $20,000 7% + 2%

Between $20,001 and $25,000 9% + 2%

Between $25,001 and $30,000 11% + 2%

Between $30,001 and $35,000 13% + 2%

Between $35,001 and $40,000 15% + 2%

Between $40,001 and $45,000 17% + 2%

Between $45,001 and $50,000 19% + 2%

$50,001 and Higher 20% + 2%

Licensing: Valid Property & Casualty Licence and the ability to obtain Ohio Property & Casualty License required (Will Help Obtain)

Experience: Proven experience in a sales role.
