Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Possession of an active Ohio Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License is mandatory.

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in the property and casualty domain.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and satisfaction.

Detail-Oriented: Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and manage complex information.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work seamlessly with a team.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant CRM software and other business applications.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish strong connections with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs.

Inbound Inquiries: Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information on available products.

Customized Insurance Solutions: Develop tailored insurance policies that meet the specific requirements of clients across the state of Ohio.

Policy Sales: Drive the sales of property and casualty insurance products by effectively communicating benefits and features to potential clients.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide expert advice and insurance solutions.
