We are the Gerardo Obregon Farmers Insurance Agency, we are hiring for our agent apprentice position. 

We value hard work, honesty and responsibility. We are hiring for this role in our expanding insurance agency located in ST PETER MN. 

We are looking for driven individuals that want to learn our products and give exceptional value to our clients. 

We require Insurance licenses or the willingness to obtain them.

We will provide great training, support leads and opportunities to grow professionally.

Salary Range: $750,000.00 per year

Requirements

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Customer Focus: A genuine interest in helping clients find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve team goals.

Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and industry trends to stay informed and provide valuable recommendations to clients.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist senior agents in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate guidance.

Data Entry: Input client information accurately into our systems and help maintain organized client records.

Learning Opportunity: Engage in training sessions, workshops, and shadowing experiences to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services.

Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, emails, and other administrative duties to support the agency's operations.

Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
