Requirements

Licensing: Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses, with support from the agency.

Experience: Entry-level position, prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Customer-Oriented: A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist in supporting clients, addressing their insurance needs, and providing guidance.Inquiry Handling: Manage inquiries effectively, providing information and assistance to clients.Policy Assistance: Support in customizing insurance plans tailored to individual client requirements.Learning & Development: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client satisfaction and agency success.
