• Property & Casualty License Required, Life & Health License a bonus!
• 5+ years Independent Agency Personal Lines account management experience required. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer and technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applied Systems EPIC knowledge along with Comparative Rating Software experience. 
• Exemplary time management and attention to detail.

• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance. 
• Treating every customer interaction as an opportunity for cross and up-selling. 
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention. 
• Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. 
• Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.
