Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Solid organizational and office skills, including comfort with computers and basic office software
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in an insurance office is a plus, but not required
• Must be willing and able to obtain an insurance license (we’ll help you through the process!)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, billing, and claims
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support agency goals by meeting service and sales benchmarks
• Work closely with the agency owner and team to ensure a smooth client experience
