About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to assist with client service, policy management, and sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, competitive, technologically savvy, coachable, and a strong communicator. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth operations in our fast-moving agency.
Compensation & Growth
• Base pay: $18-$25/hour (DOE)
• monthly Commissions and/or performance-based bonuses
