About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to assist with client service, policy management, and sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, competitive, technologically savvy, coachable, and a strong communicator. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth operations in our fast-moving agency.

Compensation & Growth

• Base pay: $18-$25/hour (DOE)

• monthly Commissions and/or performance-based bonuses

What We’re Looking For

• Coachable & adaptable – willing to learn, take feedback, and pivot as needed.

• Quick learner – able to absorb new information and apply it effectively.

• Sales experience is a huge plus – while this is a customer service role, a background in sales will be highly valuable.


Note: A Property & Casualty (P&C) license will be required for the role, but it is not necessary to apply—we will support the right candidate in obtaining their license.
