Position Summary:

As a Insurance Sales Representative specializing in Commercial Insurance Sales at O’Brien Insurance Agency Inc., you’ll play a key role in our continued growth by generating new business, building strong relationships, and offering tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of commercial clients. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Knowledge of the California commercial insurance market is a plus.
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
