Job Overview

We are a Five Star 1% agency seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Automation Assistant. In this role, you will help transfer data into an automation program as part of a project focused on streamlining processes. This position involves repetitive tasks that require accuracy and efficiency.

As a long-term member of our team, you will have opportunities to grow into other tasks and responsibilities within our agency as we continue to develop and expand.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications:


• High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.

• Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


• Input and transfer data from various sources into an automated system.

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in organizing and structuring data for the automation process.

• Follow clear instructions and procedures for data entry and transfer tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Take on additional tasks as needed as your role grows within the agency.

• Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
