Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in an automotive repair or customer service role related to the auto service industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle systems and repair standards to effectively discuss vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Problem Solving: Ability to effectively identify problems, gather information, and develop appropriate solutions.
Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other service team members to provide excellent service to customers.
Availability: Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Port Huron location, including weekends as necessary.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a pleasant experience from the first interaction.
Vehicle Assessment: Conduct initial evaluations of incoming vehicles to understand service needs.
Service Recommendations: Clearly explain vehicle issues to customers and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
Scheduling: Effectively schedule service appointments to optimize workflow and meet client needs.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with customers regarding service progress, costs, and any additional needs.
Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of service orders, customer interactions, and payment transactions.
Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or service issues.
