Position Overview: As a New Cars Salesperson, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, present vehicle options, and close deals in a professional, customer-first manner. With comprehensive training and support from a highly experienced management team, you’ll have every opportunity to succeed.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Customer Focus: A demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Positive Attitude: An enthusiastic approach and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Greeting Customers: Warmly welcome visitors to the dealership, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.

Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.

Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information on new vehicles, features, and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed.

Test Drives: Facilitate and accompany customers on test drives, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.

Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase.

Follow-Up: Maintain communication with client's post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team members to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Certifications: Must stay up to date on all required training as dictated by Ford Motor Co. and Northgate Ford.
