As a Service Advisor at Northgate Ford, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department. Your role will involve understanding customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive terminology and services.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues, analyze situations, and provide effective solutions.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willingness to work alongside colleagues to achieve common goals.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, uphold ethical standards, and represent Northgate Ford positively.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their service needs and provide guidance on available service options.

Service Scheduling: Schedule service appointments, coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.

Vehicle Assessment: Perform initial assessment of customers' vehicles to identify service requirements and communicate findings effectively.

Service Recommendations: Recommend necessary services and additional maintenance based on the vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.

Customer Education: Explain service recommendations clearly to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Service Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs they may have.
