The CRE Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ranging from office buildings to retail spaces. This individual will work closely with tenants, property owners, and maintenance staff to ensure that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of property management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly
Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3+ years of real estate property management experience, specifically with commercial properties.
3. Real Estate License is preferred.

1. Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial properties.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
4. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports.
5. Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends.
6. Ensure that properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure buildings meet safety standards and legal requirements.
8. Market vacant spaces to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods.
9. Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
10. Acquire, develop and manage property management team.
11. Work closely with legal team on tenant negotiations and leasing agreements
