We are looking for a Brokerage Assistant, the role consists of execution of work related to commercial real estate transactions and client deliverables. This individual must be a collaborative team player with a can-do mindset and will participate in regular business and team meetings. It is a multifaceted role requiring strong organizational skills, plus the ability to take some initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Brokerage Assistant will be trained and become highly proficient with the internal systems including CRM database, Microsoft, and Adobe applications. This position offers the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in commercial real estate plus growth potential within a well-established Brokerage team in Modesto, Stockton, and Sacramento.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
· License in commercial real estate or desire to obtain license
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of CRM (preferred)
· Organize all agreements, property information and due diligence materials for each pursuit and transaction
· Create, enter and maintain listings in external listing multiple services (Crexi, LoopNet, and CoStar)
· Respond and Track inquiries on all of the teams listings using client relationship management database

· Input and update contacts information in internal database
· Assist brokerage in all admins functions
