Full Time Client Relationship Manager-North Town Insurance


Job Overview

We are growing and looking for a confident, relationship-driven professional who takes ownership of client experiences and communicates with clarity, professionalism, and purpose.

This is a full-time, in-office position where you will be part of a collaborative, team-focused environment. You’ll receive hands-on support, training, and mentorship as you build your skills and confidence.

This role goes beyond traditional customer service. You will play a key role in retaining clients, guiding conversations, and helping individuals make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

What you can expect:

  • $48,000–$50,000 base salary (consistent, reliable income)
  • Monday–Friday schedule — no evenings or weekends
  • Paid time off + holidays

We are intentionally an in-office team because we believe in real-time collaboration, support, and professional growth.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • Confidence in conversations and ability to guide decisions
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Insurance experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.
