Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Get licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance prior to start date. *We can point you in the right direction on this!
- Complete NTI’s Training Program.
- Time and priority management, including meeting goals regularly.
- Ability to adapt, take initiative, be assertive and resilient when handling hard situations.
- Exude a positive, uplifting and inquisitive attitude. Aka make jokes and laugh at ours :)
- Communicate clearly, openly, respectfully and regularly.
- Competent with computers and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client renewal process: Proactively manage personal lines policy renewals to ensure the best fit and coverage for each client.
- Requote with purpose: Identify when better options are available and present them with confidence and clarity.
- Be a resource: Answer coverage questions, clarify policy details and advocate for our clients.
- Grow relationships: Engage with clients, find opportunities to cross-sell and enhance coverage, helping clients stay protected.
- Own the experience: Deliver responsive, reliable and engaging service – every single time.
- Team support: Assist clients with a range of requests for policy changes, proof of insurance, answering phones and general questions.
- Respond to all requests within the designated turnaround time.
- Diligently document all communications (aka obsessively fanatical about notes & details).
- Enthusiastically solve problems, use common sense and confidently self-manage.
- Pursue and attend training, education, development opportunities, and team community events.
