Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements
  1. Get licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance prior to start date. *We can point you in the right direction on this!
  2. Complete NTI’s Training Program.
  3. Time and priority management, including meeting goals regularly.
  4. Ability to adapt, take initiative, be assertive and resilient when handling hard situations.
  5. Exude a positive, uplifting and inquisitive attitude. Aka make jokes and laugh at ours :)
  6. Communicate clearly, openly, respectfully and regularly. 
  7. Competent with computers and technology.  
Responsibilities
  1. Lead the client renewal process: Proactively manage personal lines policy renewals to ensure the best fit and coverage for each client.
  2. Requote with purpose: Identify when better options are available and present them with confidence and clarity.
  3. Be a resource: Answer coverage questions, clarify policy details and advocate for our clients.
  4. Grow relationships: Engage with clients, find opportunities to cross-sell and enhance coverage, helping clients stay protected. 
  5. Own the experience: Deliver responsive, reliable and engaging service – every single time. 
  6. Team support: Assist clients with a range of requests for policy changes, proof of insurance, answering phones and general questions. 
  7. Respond to all requests within the designated turnaround time. 
  8. Diligently document all communications (aka obsessively fanatical about notes & details).
  9. Enthusiastically solve problems, use common sense and confidently self-manage.
  10. Pursue and attend training, education, development opportunities, and team community events.
