Salary Range: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • Base Salary: $44,000 - $50,000 (DOE / Insurance License), plus commission & bonuses averaging $5000+ the first year.

Requirements

Six (6) months of insurance experience and being licensed in Property & Casualty. 

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and coachable.


Driven and goal-oriented individual - working well independently and within a team.


Ability to be flexible and handle situations tactfully.


Exudes a positive, uplifting, and inquisitive attitude. 

Competent with computers and technology.  


Proactively work on accomplishing your goals. 

Responsibilities

Create a helpful & engaging experience for our clients.   

Proactively review accounts to “meet needs before clients know they have them”.


For assigned clients, walk through the Renewal process, remarket accounts, underwriting and coverage reviews, actively pursue selling additional lines of personal insurance.   


Assist with a range of requests for policy changes, proof of insurance, providing resources, answering phones & general questions.


Respond to all requests within the designated turnaround time. 


Diligently document all communications (aka obsessively fanatical about notes & details)


We trust you to enthusiastically solve problems, use common sense, and confidently self-manage.


With experience, education & regularly achieving KPIs, there will be opportunities for Specialist roles and/or Sr. Account Manager position in your growth plan. 


Pursue and attend training, education, development opportunities, and team community events.  


Partner with management to design your quarterly goals and focus.
