Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot
• Must have the ability to multitask. and problem-solve
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn

• Remarket renewals and run current customer policy reviews
• Issue Insurance Documentation
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Generating insurance quotes
• Provide exceptional customer service. and be outstanding at relationship building.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Cross-sell current clients
