As a trusted leader in the industry, Noffsinger Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction. This in-office requires a strong background in client retention, as well as a deep understanding of property and casualty insurance.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must hold a current Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Ability to handle client concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance relationships with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing inquiries, claims, and policy updates.
  • Proactively assess customer needs and offer appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce customer churn and improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
  • Monitor and track retention goals and metrics to ensure departmental success.
  • Recognize opportunities to cross-sell/up-sell current clients.
