Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or active Personal Lines license in the state of Michigan
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience (insurance sales strongly preferred; other industries considered)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Allstate's agency tools and quoting systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting


Responsibilities

Position Overview:

You'll play a key role in growing our book of business by identifying customer needs and offering tailored Allstate insurance solutions, including auto, home, renters, and more. This is an ideal role for a driven sales professional who values flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow with a respected agency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing programs, referrals, and outreach
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate personal insurance solutions
  • Prepare and present customized Allstate quotes and coverage options
  • Close sales and process policy applications accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed agency sales targets and Allstate performance standards
  • Document all client interactions in the agency's management system
