Day to day tasks will include contacting clients and setting up appointments for consultation for insurance products. Selling is not required however available after licensing is acquired and completed through additional training.

Salary Range: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required
  • Successfully pass a Background Check
  • Ability to build rapport with clients. Training will be provided to help grow skills
  • Strong negotiation skills recommended
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Responsibilities
  • Contact clients and gather the need for insurance and the info required to quote and setup an appointment for a licensed agent to consult on options
  • The role will have set growth goals to keep you on track for personal goals
  • Agency will provide leads to help generate appointments though individual prospecting is encouraged
  • Immersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industry
  • Work closely with the team to improve the customer experience
  • Commit and work through the training when provided both in person and virtual
