Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to perform bilingual communication effectively.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with the responsibilities and tasks involved.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.

Bilingual Support: Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their queries, and offering solutions effectively.

Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvement and innovation.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems.
