Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, with a proven track record of success in driving new business growth.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving high-performance targets.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and implement strategic plans that build lasting relationships and contribute to business growth.

Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with a persuasive approach to closing deals.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales processes and client relationships.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the market and business landscape in North Aurora, Illinois, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

New Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients, focusing on expanding the customer base.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
