Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a professional setting.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Location: Must be located in or willing to commute to Naperville, Illinois as this is an onsite position.

Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about Nicole Hupp & Associates' products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback, relaying insights to the management team for continual improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery across all interactions.
Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in training sessions to enhance service delivery methodologies and personal skillset.
