Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Michigan Property & Casualty Producer License Required
  • Michigan Life Insurance Producer License Preferred
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ insurance requirements.
  • Present and explain policy options to clients, guiding them toward informed decisions.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Work data leads provided by Agent.
  • Make 50-100 calls a day.
