We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service/Sales Representative. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage interactions, resolve issues, and drive sales. Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Working knowledge of insurance carriers, policies, and processing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and risk assessment tools required.
• High school diploma or GED required; insurance license a plus.

• Communicate with existing and prospective clients via phone and email, documenting interactions to ensure exceptional service.
• Collaborate with insurance agents, team members, and policyholders to process, update, and modify policies.
• Verify and fact-check client information (names, addresses, ages, etc.) for accurate records.
• Process premiums, issue refunds, and handle adjustments on behalf of policyholders.
• Maintain precise client records through meticulous data entry and recordkeeping.
