• Proven experience in sales, with a preference for insurance or related industries.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Property and Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting performance metrics.

• Sell Farmers Personal Lines and Business Lines insurance policies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach and networking.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, with incentives for high performance.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and Farmers Insurance standards.
• Document and track sales performance in agency systems.
