As our Insurance Customer Service Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in managing the day-to-day service needs of a thriving insurance office. You’ll work closely with the sales team, handle escalated service issues, and take ownership of client retention efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of communication for incoming client calls
  • Accept and process payments accurately
  • Assist clients with billing and account questions
  • Handle escalated service issues with professionalism and care
  • Own retention initiatives by building strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline operations and support sales goals
