• Must be able to obtain P&C Insurance License.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

 

• Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with items such as payments, policy questions, policy changes, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals, cross sell, google review and life insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies and coverage that best suit their needs.
• Handle policy tasks such as underwriting, renewals, premium increases, etc.
