Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the drive to succeed, follow training, and remain highly coachable to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Generate insurance quotes using both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities through calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Educate clients on coverage options and guide them in making confident, informed insurance decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners through community engagement, networking, and social media presence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving client needs, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
  • Maintain organized and compliant business processes when writing and managing policies.
