Job Overview

Nicholas Sakha has built one of the top Allstate Insurance agencies in the country. A large contributor of his success has been his social media brand and presence. Social media is an area we plan to heavily focus on in 2024 and we're looking for the right person to help us achieve these goals. This position will include an hourly wage, bonus opportunities, and high upside career advancement.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proficiency in managing and creating content across various social media platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating thumbnails and engaging visual content.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with a team of licensed agents.
  • Prior experience in social media management preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful engagement and growth on social media platforms.
  • This role involves a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration to enhance the online presence of the Nicholas Sakha brand across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Must understand/align with Nick Sakha's vision for his companies and help grow his influence using social media.
  • Posting content three times daily on various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Threads
  • Upload/Publish 2-3 YouTube videos weekly which include generating thumbnails, writing captions, and promoting new videos on all social platforms.
  • Assist with engaging with new and existing followers and leading them through our sales ecosystem.
  • Monitor trends and stay updated with relevant content ideas.
  • Document behind the scenes content

2. Content Creation and Analysis

  • Research, document and analyze the performance of different content strategies to optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate with our team of licensed agents to assist in content creation and possibly posting on their behalf.
  • Assisting with Nicks insurance agent social media education and consulting community (help plan bi-weekly content and topics)

3. Partnerships and Outreach

  • Engage in outreach to potential referral partners.
  • Schedule podcasts and interviews, coordinating with relevant parties for successful execution.
