Our Farmers Insurance Agency is growing. We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual for a fast-track to agency ownership internship. You will be part of a high-energy, highly motivated team that is passionate about helping people protect their homes, businesses, and families. This position offers a base salary + commission and bonus opportunities. Bilingual applicants a plus.

Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
