Requirements

Licensing: Possess or willing to obtain required insurance licenses in Texas

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is a plus

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage leads, appointments, and client information effectively.

Client Communication: Engage with prospective clients, assess their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable coverage options.


Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, explaining insurance products, and closing sales.


Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and follow-up activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.


Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance policies, industry trends, and market changes to provide accurate information to clients.
