Compensation & Income Potential

This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated by growth, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.

There is no traditional base salary. Compensation includes commissions, performance-based incentives, and a Training Allowance Subsidy during the early stages of development, which is tied to activity and production benchmarks.

According to 2024 company data for first-year advisors who were proactive:

  • Average first-year income: Approximately $72,000
  • Top 25% earned: Approximately $139,000
  • Top 10% earned: Nearly $205,000

Income reflects individual effort, consistency, and commitment to the process. While results vary, individuals who are coachable, proactive, and disciplined in their activity have demonstrated strong first-year earning potential.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who are motivated, professional, and committed to building a long-term career in financial services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the state of Michigan
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to successfully complete a comprehensive background check
  • Must obtain required state and federal licenses, including Life & Accident/Health and applicable securities registrations (SIE, Series 6, Series 63, MI Variable Contracts)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership roles, or other performance-driven environments
  • Previous exposure to insurance or financial services

Your core responsibilities will include:
