• Must reside in Michigan or be willing to relocate
• Bachelors degree or MBA preferred
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing others
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to listen, present, and connect authentically
• Skill in simplifying complex financial topics for clients
• Desire to build and lead a team with long-term vision
• Motivation to make a positive impact in clients financial lives

Program Structure: You'll start as a Financial Professional to gain hands-on experience. After approximately 12 months, eligible candidates may be promoted to Associate Partner.

Compensation: $60,000 -$150,000+ per year with our competitive commission and bonus structure.
